Can’t install NuGet in Powershell

If you’re getting this error or similar:

  1. I’ve seen this “solution” listed in several articles and it still doesn’t work for me. It’s a newly built Server 2019 machine. I’m using a PowerShell script to do some post-install configuration, and the NuGet section doesn’t work. It used to work when I used this script on Server 2016 machines. Something changed in the past few months of 2020.
